my age old mother-in-law had to cancel the tkt due to sudden ill-health and i had to cancel the e-tkt.

TDR filed in Jun 2011 for refund of e-ticket is still awaited please.

TILL DATE NEITHER INTIMATION NOR REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
