I have booked an e-ticket on 14-04-2010 from Visakhapatnam(VSKP) to Bhadrakh(BHC), JCO on 21-05-2010. Since natural calamity, train diverted the route and did not touch the boarding station. I filed a TDR on 24-05-2010(within 3 days of date of journey). IRCTC accepted the complain with a reference no: ekt2010052401271099 and forwarded to Railway (SE Railway Zone). Even after 08 month passed, the same is not yet materialized. Showing a message Refund under process.
Now the same may please be expedite and refund amount of Rs.1994 may please be forwarded to my account. I will be thankful if the amount is returned with normal RBI-approved interest.
This is disgusting to learn the working process of Indian Railway which is largest in world. There are so many people like me who are suffering from this type of problem from Indian Railway. This is showing to the world that the Indian Railway working process is horrible and disgusting.
