Sir My name is K.Bharath kumar my mobile num is ********27. Sir i have purchased a pair of blazers from the online website piratesofdeal.com and i got the product in which one blazer is damaged ..so i complainted to their mail on the day it self i received the product ...i have messaged them till date many times but they aren't replyind any of complaint and so i ordered another product so that they will call me and i can say them about the complaint. They call me and if i ask for the customer care number they are not giving and disconnecting the call..they did like this many times..today i have called them more than 34 times ..they not at all listning to my complain and disconnected the call and if i called them again they lift and not taking to me and cracking jokes saying "stupid customer mind nehei hei" .my order id is #13501 ..they are asking me courier to the senders address..and they will refund after min of 15-20 working days and they will not pay me any money for couriering the product... Its aganist their policy.. i throughly checked their terms and conditions its not mentioned in any where in the website that customer has to pay the money if case of refund.. why should i pay money and why i have to pay for return courier ..its their fault they sent me the damaged piece and why i have to pay for it?? Please solve my issue..i received a damaged peice i asked for a L size but they gave me XL size.and its damaged too...i complainted them the day itself i received the product +********6568
