I had purchased a diamond set from the above Jewellers. While purchasing they had assured that anytime we can get a refund for the product on surrendering the same along with guarantee card and the bill.

Now, when I approached them for a refund, they have refused to do so stating that due to internal change in policy, they are unable to refund the amount.

Please advise and help
