My name is Bhavesh. 27th July, 2018 i had booked a Boathouse from Green Grapes Holidays for my Kerala trip in month of August 2018. Due to the heavy rainfall, flood situation and cancellation of our flight we supposed to cancel our booking with the agreement of full refund amount as per the owner of Green Grapes Holidays Mr Rakesh.
But days are going i didn't get my refund yet. Mr.Rakesh's behavior is very unprofessional. I have no idea about why he is giving reasons or extending to return. So last week somehow i could able to talk with him and i requested to give refund otherwise i complaint in consumer forum against the same. He confirmed me to initiate money and giving back before Thursday i.e. 27th Sep, 2018 but still i didn't get my money back.
I want some quick action against Mr Rakesh and Green Grapes Holidays and provide us a refund ASAP.
Yesterday I am travelling mullanpur to sector 11 on CTU bus route 25 A morning 8 35 aM and the conductor misbehave with me he have no sense how to talk with women's and passenger he is not the owner of the bus I request to MC department or CTU department pls take a worker understanding please.
