I recharged Rs, 500 on Wednesday (22. Nov . 2017) for my customer. the transaction is not completed but amount is debited from my wallet account.

kindly check the my transaction and credit the amount as soon as possible.

If you can share us your transaction number for the payment done we can retrieve on your payment also you will get your money refunded back to your bank account within 48 hours of time.
