Dear Sirs,

I had recharged a Rs 110/- according to your scheme announced in all cell phones " that Rs 110/ will entail Rs 100 talk time and one year validity. Accordingly I had used the coupon to extend my validity to one year on 31st August 2010. But this benefit has not been fully given. I had contacted yhe customer care but the response is not satisfactory. TOP-up, recharge etc, terms are used and confusing words to the customer. I feel that BSNL should not ambiguously advertise and make the customer feel cheated.
As it is BSNL DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE QUERIES PROMPTLY, still we try.
