Clay Telecom - Really bad customer service

I am currently in Malaysia and unfortunately stuck with a clay SIM card. I have tried all the means to get my issue resolved and but there is no help from their end. Not only have they disconnected the data on my phone, but the voice calls as well. Reason being that I have crossed the limit. Well I didn't know when I signed up that there was any such limit, and also how can limit be crossed if am only making local calls and receiving most of them. This is really terrible and harassing.
