I, Nupur Chandra am pained to write this complaint to you against the cheating/ fraud that has happened with me and my family.
The builder and his partners (Real Gold Builders- Suresh Kumar Ahuja and Vandana Ahuja), the land owners (Ms. Kaushal Agarwal) (Rajendra Kumar Saluja) and the sales executive (Dr. Karan Anand) has cheated us on the pretext of of construction of flat (measuring 1000 sq.ft) on plot no. 69/4, situated in Old DLF Colony, Gurgaon measuring 240 sq.yds.

We( the flat is in the name of Mrs. Sangeeta Srivastava) entered into agreement to sale dated 22.02.13 of one flat admeasuring 1000 sq.feet on 1st floor of the plot from Mr. Suresh Kumar Ahuja S/O Late H.R Ahuja R/O D-157 , Narmada Apartments, Alaknanda, New Delhi on 10.02.2013( hereinafter the first party) and the Director of Real Gold Builders (P) Ltd. After signing the sell agreement and making the payment, we use to visit the project site regularly to review the development of the project and also used to call Suresh Ahuja, Karan Anand, D.K Choudhary and Mr. Subhash Makkar inquiring about the status of the work done on the construction of the building and was assured we will get the possession of the building on the agreed time. But in mid August 2013 the construction was stopped on the site and when inquired we were told that it is due to bad weather and once the rainy season is over the construction will be on full swing.

In October 2013 we were informed by the Dr. Karan Anand, Marketing Director of Real Gold Buiilders that the company if facing financial crisis and the further construction shall not be possible

Several meetings were conducted and we only got assurances . The last meeting was conducted on Jan 1, 2014 in which Suresh Ahuja confirmed that he has arranged the money and that the construction shall resume by January 7, 2014 but he ran away with all our money. All his numbers ********04, 9311-224404 and landline numbers 0124 3224404, 2560528 are either disconnected or switched off and there is no one at his home.

In the meanwhile we also found and when investigated further, we came to know that the property with all its rights has been transferred from Mrs Kaushal Aggarwal to Mr. Jetha Nand Saluja and his brother Rajendra Kumar Saluja. And Mr. Rajendra Kumar Saluja is the same person who was also present at the time of agreement of the same property representing himself as of Suresh Ahuja’s associate in his office.

We all are harassed, depressed and hopeless. I have attached the picture of the family Kindly publish it we may be able to find him.( as his wife and director at his firm is equally involved). There are lot of cases at EOW(West) Gurgaon in their name.
