On 21st November 2012, i was travelling in bike from K.R Puram Railway statuion towards Whitefiled. I have observed a Wagon CAR with Registration Number KA 53N 6780, driving by a Person along with his wife. He was driving rashly. I observed him to hit a lady who is going side of the road. Because of his rash driving , the CAR hit her hand, with no injuries. After that we followed his car. We saw him going too rash.

So please take neccesery action so that again he will not do any damage to anyone's life.
