Today(24-Sep-2012), I was travelling to Office from my home via Jntu, Hi-Tech City Rlwy Station. I have seen the people are Reparing the streat lights during peak hours(10 AM -11 AM) by parking their vehicls in the middle of Road near the newly constructing fly-over. Due to this there was more than 2 KM traffic jam. I have not seen any trffice police was near by to clear the traffic. Hence I request you that the people who are approaching for permission to do such kind of activities, Please provide them in non peak hours of bussiness in such areas.
