Ramesh Commodities advertize through their website that "Our Mcx tips continues success rate given over 90% profit calls". After calling them for the first time they spoke to me in a very polite manner and sent me their bank details through SMS. ,After depositing the rupees 5000/- in their ICICI bank account on 30th-Nov 2011. I was checking their past performance report and found miss matches. I called them requesting to clarify my doubts but they spoke to me rudely and disconnected the phone immediately. I tried reaching them multiple times but they disconnect rudely listening to my voice. On my 4th call when i asked the person is this the way you speak to the customer. The person on the other side shouted loudly on me and said they don't want a customer like me and they will refund the amount back and asked me to send my bank details. I sent my bank details and till now they haven't refunded the amount. Every day i am sending the sms and email to update me about the status but no reply. Yesterday when i called them they told me that they will not refund my money in a rude way and ask me to go to consumer forum.

Their website doesn't contain any address of their office. Their behavior before and after paying the money is totally different. They disconnect the phone if they don't want to answer any question from you.
