Dear Sir, Today 30-Apr-12, 00:10 Hrs, myself and 10 members along with me were waiting in Que to book TATKAL ticket at 08:00 Hrs at Kumbakonam Railway Station in front of the reservation office. Climate being high summer all the citizens waiting in que were sweating like hell, and when approached the station electrician to switch on the Fans located above the counter, he replied in highly irritating manner to approach the station Master. when the station master insisted him to switch on the Fan he replied him that SE from Tanjore station has to instruct him to switch on the fan and also justified that, since Reservation Counter opens at 08:00 Hrs in the morning and he need not listen to anyone and started chit chatting with his relative (passenger waiting for train) and makinf fun of us. Being a regular Tax payee I demand that govt./ the govt employee should extend such kind of facilities to the citizens of this country and not reacting irresponsibily. H also funnyly advised us to wait till morning 10 hrs to file a complaint as the suggestion register or complaint book is available with the senior station master only.
I was able to read the name of the electrician as VIJAYAKUMAR
Even Though the Matter seems to be silly, an indian citizen has been denied his right.
