i had purchased karbonn k10 in april 2010 on 25 august its keypad stopped working. on 26 august i give my cellphone on your service center. they told me to wait 1 week. after 1 week on 03 september i went to take my phone but still my phone was not repaired. when i object the service center person told me to wait 2 hours. after 2 hours they give my phone but the data was lost. as i reached home on 03 september again my phone was dead. on 04 september i again complaint with job no. KSASPUP120R717. they told me to come after 20 days.
after 20 days they said to wait 1 week.
after 1 week still they said to wait 1 week.
on 06 october i ask them about my phone then they only says to wait and come after 1-2 months.
as i had done a very big mistake of my life by buying karbonn product i just want my phone back or refund my money .
