Last evening, I with my wife and son (aged 8 years) had been to PVR Mulund, Mumbai to see the movie, No one killed Jessica.
At the counter, I was asked if there are 2 adults. I said Yes.
After making the payment thru credit card for 3 tickets, your personnel said my son is not allowed (My wife and son were standing behind me)
Though I am not very sure on the ON-DUTY Manager’s name, I vaguely remember it was some Mr. Prashant R.
I then requested either your office to allow me with my kid or return me my money or give me a credit coupon so that I can see any other movie next time.
Your office tells me – they cannot reimburse money and neither can they give me credit coupon.
I was given an option either view some other movie running at the same time there or leave my child in their custody.
I am sure you’ll will agree that I cannot be viewing movie of your choice and neither am I a fool to leave my child in your custody.
Hence with no option available, I had to return back and was forced to inform your team that instructions will be passed to my ICICI bank that the credit payment of Rs 390/- be held back.
This mail is being sent for your record purpose and further please arrange to inform your accounts payable team that Rs. 390/- will not be received by them.
With much of dissatisfaction,
Jobby John
