SO FAR TILL DATE i.e.15.11.2012 (TIME 3.37 P.M.) NO BODY HAS COME TO OUR HOUSE FROM THE SONY SERVICE CENTRE TO INSTAL THE TV SET . I WAS TOLD TO BY THE DEALER M/S M.K.ELECTRONICS AND REFRIGRATION, SHOP NO.28, BASRURKAR MARKET, MOTI BAGH.NEW DELHI-011-24107274 THAT WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY PURCHASE OF THE LED TV SET ON 13-11-2012 THE TECHNICIAN FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE OF SONY WOULD REACH MY RESIDENCE AND INSTAL THE TV SET. HOWEVER,I AM SURPRISED THAT THE SONY COMPANY WHICH HAS BEEN PRODUCING TV SETS ON A VERY LARGE SCALE CANNOT ARRANGE TO INTAL A TV SET IN THE CUSTOMERS RESIDENTIAL PREMISES WITH IN AN HOUR OF ITS PURCHASE FROM THEIR SONY DEALERS/RETAIL DEALERS.IT IS A SHAMEFUL ACT ON THE PART OF SONY IN THE MATTER. I WOULD BE GRATEFUL I AM INTIMATED THE REASON FOR THE DELAY IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE TV SET AT MY RESIDENCE AND THE HARRASMENT I HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO BOTH BY THE RETAIL SONY DEALER AND THE SONY COMPANY IN INDIA.
