I am Joining In the Above Company in 18.1.2012. After that I am appoint One C & F Mr. Bhagabat Sahoo(0********23). He Give Rs. 3 Lakhs As Security Money. After That I appoint as Super Stockiest Mr. Manik Sahoo , Cuttack (0********87). He Also give 1.5 lahs as security, Then I appoint Mr. Pradhan From Sambalpur he also give 1.5 Lakhs as security.
After that company supplies material only 1 lakhs. after that they are not able to supply materials. when we ask them they showing various reason. but not supply . at last all agents are demanding for refund of security money. But they deny.after that we all are going their office after two days staying at pune company give us cheque. but all cheque are bounce. then we ask them regarding bounce cheue. then they give other bank cheque. that also now Return. What Can now we do sir,
Then we all send court notice. They are not receive.
