Sub: Creating public nuisance and disturbance by mentally disable person

In Gandhi nagar street, kurnool I have seen a mentally retarded women on the road creating disturbance to public. She talks all bad words and steals everything from houses. She throws stones on public sometimes creating nuisance. We complained to police, but when they came she is silent and police went back without showing any solution. But she is making a lot of problem. Especially children are being afraid to go and play alone even in the houses. She even throws stones on children. She is mentally disturbed person.
I expect immediate solution from the respective authorities.
