I am Arjya Ray Chaudhuri resident of Pune, Wakad area. My mobile no is ********44. I am having a Airtel 4G Hotspot connection in my home. It is not working for last 4 months i.e. Nov 2017 till date after I changed my residential address and shifted in same area. After experiencing regular service problem, I lunged several complaints, but no complaints either handled or had been registered officially. Every time they gave me wrong information that my complaint had been registered and their team will contact me shortly. Instead of no use for 4 months, every month they are charging without against my Airtel number ********54, relation no. 1156688067. Complain laughed but no action taken. Making false commitment. I request to waive of my entire outstanding amount against recalling the balance internet GB data. The charges of Hotspot also to be refunded as that is of no use. The service is worst and no one is bothered to accept customer grievances. Inspite of regular complain no steps had been taken. Kindly do the need full.
