bharat matrimonial - profile activation

Dear Sir/Madam
I have created a profile for my friend in bharatmatrimonial. Few months back I have created one for myself and I deleted. I created the profile for my friend and after a continous insist form matrimonial customer care centre, I became a paid memeber and the profile been activated. For last few day the profile is not activated and when I ask their customer centre, they are telling I have to send the job details and education details of my friend to get the profile activated and due to privacy reason my friend is not interested to send his documents.
Now whenever I need help form bharat matrimonial in this regard, they act in so irresponsible manner and sending typical machine generated answers. In this regard I dont want to continue and please help me get the refund of money I paid.
