Purchased Mellamine Dinner Set against Credit Card Payment as per their offer.
Order No. 1863 dated 3/12/07.
Received the material in broken condition. As per terms I informed to them over phone within 2/3 days. No. action taken by them. After that I spoke to them many a times over telephne from Kolkata. Send mails one after another to them. Everytime they assured me over pjhone that they are sending the replaced material within 3/4 days. No Action. Contacted their Head Customer Service Mrs. Anu and Mr. Shyam. Assurances in vain. Lastly Mr. Shyam infomed me on 23/1/08 that he is sorry for the delay and this has happened due to non availability of material. But now the material has reached and requested to wait for 3/4 days more and assured that I shall receive the replaced material within 2/3 days by courier. No action.
After that I spent a considerable amount of my money towards STD Calls for contacting them over phone but their customer service representatives viz. M/s Stewart, Joseph, Miss Ritu etc. etc. did not gave me any opportunity to talk to their Head of the Department, the reason of which best known to them. On hearing my voice, they were disconnecting the line or kept me on hold without transfering the line to the authority.
I have cleared all their dues in time aginst the purchase of their item and without any fault from my side I have been suffering till date. NO REPLACEMENT NOTHING. I have kept the material in same condition as I received from them without any use.
Shall be grateful if any positive result is arrived.

PROBLEM NOT SOLVED
Till date Valuemart executives not contacted me and I have not received any material/communication from them.
I shall be much obliged if your Organisation proceed with my complaints with Valumart executives and let me know the latest outcome.
