I ordered a product at www.healthgenie.in,by paying online through my debit card.My order:100037617-1,is a prepaid order.I placed this order 15 days ago,but they are not delivering the product as they did not have stock.I ask them to refund,but they are not refunding money.Whenever I call their customer care,they say that,the product is dispatched,it will be delivered soon.They make false commitments.If they dont have stock,they should refund customers money.It is an open fraud online company.

I request icomplaints.in to please call them and ask them to ship my product soon,and say them to send me tracking details.If they dont have stock of that product,tell them to refund my money back.please take strict action against this company healthgenie.in
