I P.Laxman from vellore, Tamilnadu have ordered one haveles 25 litre geyser (puro) ordered on 29/12/2012 seeing their add on the web page www.timtara.com as express delivery 2-3 days after which i have not recevied my product so i call the custmer care on 3 rd jan on the number 0135-3051500 .they said it was a mistake from there end but the product delivery would take 3 weeks of time so i ask them top cancel the order ,but they are not cancelling my order nor the supply my product .
they ask me to send the email throu there web site that to i have done after a week i called them to to check the status on 11/01/2013 they said my order is not cancelled again i gave the request to them and called them on 15/01/2013 but still the order is not cancelled ,its a purly fruad company "timtara.com"
