i ordered on tvc sky shop ICON G 4 mobile phone vide their order no OW 00008454.
it was not delivered within 48 hrs as promised. they claim they sent to wrong address at delhi due to their system fault.
i donot need this phone now, since i wanted this dual phone when i was going abroad. i have gone and come back. i want my money back
i have sent 7 emails to their customer service and made number of phone calls to their call centres.they refuse to return the money
i donot want the phone- i want the money back
