ASKMEBAZAAR.COM - Product not delievered

Dear Sir,

I have ordered a product from Ask me bazaar.com dated 21.06.2015 through the order no. AB3685219. I have paid the price through the internet banking on the same day.
It was an surprised gift for someone in my relationship. The product reach at the address on 26.06.2015 with its delivery. But the surprised thing was that, the person (Courier) have asked for money from my relative which i have already paid.

My relative do the call to me at the same time, it was like an embarrassing moment for me to convince that i have already paid the amount so do not pay any amount of money to the person.

The courier person take back the product without delivering it. Its was like an awkward and embarrassing situation in front of my relative. I have done the the call to their customer care number, but they don have done any help in this matter.
They told me that they will refund my money. Still i have not received my money from askmebazaar.com and also face the most embarrassing and humiliating situation at that time.

It have shocked me a lot regarding purchase of product through online and i will never ever buy products from askmebazaar.com

i want to file my complaint against them, so that they will treat their customer well in the future.
