This is to inform you that my Scorpio car number DL4CNB4383 met with an accident in december 2017, my car was then moved to sridurga automobiles service station in moti nagar for repairing. Sridurga automobiles kept my car for 2 months and i paid around Rs. 1,77,000/- for all the expenses. Before giving to their service station my car's AC was woking properly and my side mirrors adjusting machine was installed. when i got back my car after 2 months the AC is not working properly as it is not cooling and the side mirror adjusting machine is not there. when i asked them they told me that it was not there from the beginning but it was there and for AC they dont know. Its summer time and it really gets hot without AC, after giving so much of money to them they were not able to do anything. i was about to buy a new car from mahindra but after your services to us i dont think i'll buy anything from mahindra and will not let anyone who asks me about your services. This is not the way to treat your customers and if i dont receive a call or message or any update from your service station i'll file a complaint against you all in consumer court . i'm really unhappy with your services. i'm looking forward for an update asap and please make sure that it is done on emergency basis.
