The information board stating, Differently able person can purchase their train tickets from any counter without following the queue, is placed at a corner of the counter section and so is unnoticed by the public. As a result of which differently able people has to face many problems from the side of the public while purchasing tickets.

The Indian government is doing a great job for physically challengers by passing out many useful rules but unfortunately differently able persons are not able to make the most out of it. The unawareness of the public is causing mental depression for them.

Therefore I request you to please be kind enough to place the information board in front of all the counters so that people will be aware of it. Your early action regarding the same will be a great help for them.
