I GOT A TICKET BOOKED IN KOTA JANSHATABDI FROM HAZRAT NIZAMUDIN STATION TO MATHURA JUNCTION FOR MY WIFE SUNITA SACHDEVA AGED 50YRS FEMALE AND MY SON NAMAN SACHDEVA AGED 20YRS MALE BUT THE STATUS OF PRINT TICKET COULD NOT BE REACHED AND THE SYSTEM HAS DEBITED MY ACCOUNT TWICE. I REQUEST YOU TO CANCEL ONE OF THE TWO TICKETS BOOKED AND REFUND MY ACCOUNT FOR THE SAME.
