am writing complaint letter against to Era Group . I have booked flat in Era Group UNIT NO-PWL- D0006-4F IN ERA DIVINE COURT ,SEC -5 PALWAL,HR. ,it is disappointing to me that i did not receive any ledger statement about my booked flat while it name changed
from Era Group to Adel Group. Two times i received just ordinary ledger statement and I did not found any statement which is very needful to me. I am receiving feedback messages from Era Group last six month its a technically problem and i am not happy with that.
please resolve the problem and clearly what the reason behind that Era Group unable to provide my original printed ledger statement.
also i am satisfied your telephonic customer service related to ledger statement.
My humble request to Era Group or Adel Group take it seriously and should take necessary steps.
