YESTERDAY ON 20.08.2013, IT WAS RAKSHABANDHAN AND CHENNAI EXPRESS TEAM HAD ANNOUNCED THAT TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR BUY 2 GET 1 FREE. I WATCHED THE MOVIE AT 2.00 PM SHOW AT SRS CINEMA, SRS MALL SECTOR-12, FARIDABAD. IT WAS THREE OF US, BUT INSPITE OF BEING ASKED, THE CREW DENIED SUCH OFFER & I PAID FOR ALL THE THREE TICKETS,I.E. 600/-.

Complainant's Goal: I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! AND CREW NEEDS TO BE INFORMED FOR ALL PREVAILING OFFERS
