I bought a Fiat Punto from Prerana Motors exactly a year ago and the car has been to the service station for issues more than 15-20 times now. The car is having problems from the day i bought it. I have been raising complaints with them and there is no proper response for the same,the only response i get is we are looking into the issue and will have it solved. Once they solve that issue and get the car back another problem starts off and the older problems also come back after a few days.
Recently the car was giving an error in the dashboard meter saying "CHECK ENGINE" i dropped the car in the service station and they told that the Hybridizer Diesel pump is gone and they have to replace it. I left the car to claim it under warranty,they told it will take some time for the part to come and asked me to take the car. The car stops ever 1KM i drive and it suddenly turns off while driving,its been a month now and they have been saying the part will arrive next week every week i call.
I want this company to be Sued,it looks like they have sold a defective or Second hand car. The service advisers are good but the response i get from the higher management is not right.
