After follow up they are sometimes telling one month and now 2 months. I need the money urgently for my family please help me in this regard.

The Associated Cement Companies have a PF trust and my PF contributions were settled in full on my taking VRS. But the pension amount is still not come to my PF account with my present employer- Sreenidhi International Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. My PF a/c no at Hyderabad is AP/HYD/005********000003 and the establishment ID is APHYD0056696000
I submitted Form 13 to your office in 2009 for transfer of my pension amount of my previous employer The Associated Cement Companies to my PF account at Hyderabad. This did not happen. I again submitted a fresh application on 14th August 2014 through PF Hyderabad office. I visited the PF office today but did not find the transfer.
I have resinged on 15th Sept 2014 from Sreenidhi International Pvt Ltd.
I am 59 yrs and do not wish to take up any employment on health grounds. I need pension for my existence. I can apply for pension only if my old accumulated FPS of The Associated Cement Companies is transferred to Hyderabad.
I give the following particulars for you to help me out:

40[17A. Payment of Pension
The claims, complete in all respects submitted along with the
requisite documents shall be settled and benefit amount paid to
the beneficiaries within thirty days from the date of its receipt by
the Commissioner. If there is any deficiency in the claim, the
same shall be recorded in writing and communicated to the
applicant within thirty days from the date of receipt of such
application. In case the Commissioner fails without sufficient
cause to settle a claim complete in all respects within thirty days,
the Commissioner shall be liable for the delay beyond the said
period and penal interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum
may be charged on the benefit amount and the same may be
