I HAVE ONE HEALTH POLICY FROM ICICI LOMBARD SINCE LAST THREE YEARS. THIS WILL BE EXPIRED ON 20/08/2011. POLICY NO. IS 4034I/FFH/W-282779/02/000. WHEN I WAS APPROCHED TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR RENEWAL OF THIS POLICY THEY HAVE DENIED TO RENEW IT AND SAYING THAT I HAVE MADE A CLAIM FOR THIS POLICY IN LAST YEAR SO THEY CANNOT RENEW IT. SO I HAVE APPROACHED THE LOCAL BRANCH OFFICE OF LOMBARD AT BHARUCH AND REQUESTED TO RENEW MY POLICY IN CASH BUT THEY ARE SAYING THERE IS NO RENEWAL LINK AVAILABLE REGARDING YOUR POLICY BECAUSE YOU HAVE MADE A CLAIM. WE WILL SEE IN FUTURE. I HAVE TOTAL THREE POLICY FROM LOMBARD AND APPROX I AM PAYING 35000 IN LOMBARD EVERY YEAR FOR MY FAMILY HEALTH POLICY. THIS IS NOT THE EXPECTATION. I HAVE MADE THE CLAIM ONE OUT OF THREE POLICY THEN THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS LIKE THIS. WHAT WILL BE HAPPENED IF I HAVE MADE CLAIM AGAINST THREE POLICY. NOW THIS IS CLEAR THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR TO PASSED OUT MY EXPIRATION OF POLICY BUT I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT ALSO IRDA ALSO.
