I recently travelled in 2270 Duronto Express from Nizamuddin/Chennai in
SL 4 seat no.78.I was very annoyed with the level of cleanliness.Automatic
toilet cleaner which was introduced in this train was not working.it was dirty and
filthy. No water in my compartment.All panel Board were broken and the coach
was not cleaned in Delhi as the base of this train is from Chennai.This is the
New train introduced with fan fare on 20th Oct, Sorry to say in coming days
people will not prefer and Food was below average.
