mishree exports - poor service n refuses for refund

Placed an order from Mishree exports, mishree.com.. Ordered 3 garments (salwaar) upon receiving . the workman ship and quality of kameez was very poor. The threads were coming out , beads were missing. sent an email to mishree.com. They said they will adjust in next order and send the missing beads as well. 2ndorder placed. 2 salwaar kameez. Specified no deep necks. Upon receiving the order one of the kameez was totally different then what I ordered.2nd kammez deep neck (instructions were not followed) emailed and rang mishree talked to neelam who was no helpful at all. She said keep is they wont refund, I said I will post it back to them and they can send me the correct order. She said they cant do refund. They didn’t even acknowledge it was their mistake and didn’t realise how a customer would feel if she was waiting for outfits for a special occasion. They said I will give you discount for the correct kameez if I order again. So I did order again,3rd time. asked EKTA at mishree.com how long will it take. Promised 4-6 days for dispatch. It was 17 days. Upon enquiry they said they cant send as its not ready. When I placed order I specified   that I need it by 3rd of jan.. I emailed and cancelled the order after the 17 day. Coz the requirement was by 3rd jan which was well over. Asked them for a refund. They declined said cant do it.

 

I have given them few changes to give us a better service but all the time they failed. They unprofessional and lacks in customer satisfaction,. Will not recommend to anyone.
