I am Manoj, a reliance net connect customer, for the last two years (********97). recently I have taken one more connection (********55) from the company, submitted id and address proofs. then the executive promised me that I will get 1 gb extra on first four recharges, but didn't get. later I got the same after sending mails to customer care.
Within one month, they have terminated my number. I have contacted local reliance office, they informed me that I didn't submit the proofs for verification. But actually I didn't get any phone calls or emails from them. earlier i was using tata photon, and MTS Mblaze too. but this's my first experience. I recharged with rs 1500/- in january for the next three months and more than 6 GB data still exist in my account.
I need a resolution or I want the refund of my amount
