I have taken a two year contract for my whirlpool 1.5 Ton A.C. from their Kolkata office. However I am not getting proper service from them. My A.C. broke down frequently but they repaired it on temporarily basis.I think there is major fault in my A.C. and in order to save money they are repairing it on temporary basis and waiting for my contract which is going to be expired on September,2012. I am a senior citizen and unable to bear such heat and humidity . I made a service call on 08.06.2012 ,however in spite of providing service in next 24 hours no one came to my house till date. Every time I call them they said that a mechanic will go today.

since you're facing such major problems you should get n touch with whirlpool directly, you should drop them an email listing all the problems you're facing at helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com and they should solve the issues you're facing .
Dear sir,
I have bought a 360 whirlpool washing machine three months back..
Now its spinner stopped working so I made a complaint on 18th of sept. Your repairman said its suspension rode went out completely..
He then told me it would take around one week to get the part..one week went by, I again called your customer centre but the part was still not available.I made more calls and more arguments with Whirlpool....
Finally after one month your repair man came and he changed our suspension rode but next day it stopped working again.I vl really never buy from Whirlpool again.your company does not give response to their customers.
U really need to improve your Services..we really had a horrible experience with whirlpool...
