I have taken Cable Connection for getting my Regional Channels from Megacity Cable Service. However for the past 4 days the my Regional Channels (Sun TV, K TV, Star Vijay, Sun News) are not coming and message "Service Not Authorized, Contact your cable operator" is coming. . I have called my cable operator and informed him the same and asked him to activate the above channels. I have also contacted the Cable Operator "Sity Cable" who has confirmed that the above channels are activated and I need to contact only the local cable operator ie., Megacity Cable Service. However, inspite of contacting him daily several times, he is only telling false promises that it will get activated today, tomorrow,etc and the same is not happening.

The above has happened around 3 months before also.
