On 15 Apr 2016 with prior information I went to the shri krishana auto sales Jodhpur, Authorised Maruti Dealer for 3rd servicing of my Swift Dezire VXI on Job Card No. JC16011071 dated 15 Apr 16. At about 1225 hrs Mr Ashis who opened the job card came to me and said car is ready without proper cleaning. Physical condition of my car was even worse than of a car of any street. Reason told to me was shortage of manpower. When i checked the washing bay was functioning and cars came after me were being washed. I reported this matter to works manager Mr Jhajhriya with sequence of event and requested him to get my car cleaned and deliver as was to pickup my daughter from her school who is in class 4. Firstly he was not willing to even listen my request apart he stated threatning me. He started behaving like which cannot be explain. He forgot that he was service provider and I was paid customer who was demanding the service for which money was paid. To my mind and little knowledge service provider cannot be so aggresive because he is not providing anything free of cost. By doing that he tries to bring down the reputation of the well reputed comp.MARUTI SUZUKI. Manager like Mr Jhajhriya should not be allowed to play with the self respect of a polite customer as well as August compsny like MARUTI SUZUKI any more. It will defeat the interest of people in Indian company at large. My rewuest is to protect the respect of a customer who is asking a paid srvice and desrve respect at the same time.
