My car was service by Garve Hundai by Mr Pandey on 23 April 2018.
On 5 April, the car started giving jerks and cannot be driven.
Please refund my money and take back the car. Garve Response is poor. I have given repeated complaints but there has not been any improvement.
Cleaning of car at delivery is a problem, over charging, over all delayed response, sensitivity to customer emergency is missing.
I have two Hyundais pruchased from Garve Hundai at the same time. I am regretting that I own 2 Hyundai cars. Due to the poor service from Garve I have purchased a New Nissan Micra recently as my 4th family car.
I will be sending a mail to the MD of India as well as Korea HQ.
Poor Poor Response from Garve Hyundai.
