Poor quality product --- HI, I was traveling to Malaysia with my wife and on her insistence we got a clay international sim card to stay connected with our parents. While we had ordered the sim card online and requested to be delivered to us at the Mumbai airport. While the request was honored, but when we actually opened the packet, the sim card was destroyed from the chip side. It wasn’t reading itself in India as well. So when I called the sales guy to complain of this, he said now he cant do anything about it. I will have to pay for the sim charges even if the sim didn’t work, which ofcourse it didn’t. Very bad service, very bad product. A lesson learnt !!
