I would like to purchase most of your product as I trust your product very much. I purchased a Double Door Fridge
Model No.RT 23 Steel in the year 2005 and it was running smoothly without and problem. During January 2015 I lodged
complaint at your customer care No. and docket No.41******** as lower cabinet of the fridge was not having any cooling
effect. On 16/01/2015 two technicians came one after another and changed the original Timer DA 43 1000 3C. It was giving
a cooling effect but last fifteen days the lower cabinet was giving icy effect resulting all eatables and vegetables were formed
icy. Again I lodge a complaint at your customer care and docket No.happens to be 41********. Very next day i.e.02/07/2015 one technician
attended the complaint and didn't touch the fridge saying that the fridge is OK. I was contacted immediately when I was busy with
a serious meeting at office. His way of behaviour has astonished me. I told him that if the fridge is OK then visit next day i.e.03/07/2015
and see the effect of the fridge. Neither he turned back nor he contacted through the phone as I hold both land line and mobile. This
costomer service at Serampore is only to earn money by replacing the original item or attending call without giving proper service. I take
oath that I will not purchase any Samsung Items and if possible I will warn my colleagues not to purchase any product of samsung. My E mail Id
