I was at the kalka station for reservation of my fathar. On 19 March 2011 at 9:30 i was in the Q at counter no 971. My number came at 10:45 am fifteen minutes to break. And the lady start counting the cash. I resist that its fifteen minutes to break you should reserve the ticket. But she said that its break time. and continue counting. She left the seat five minutes earlier. All the people had to wait for another twenty minutes for her. The negligence of public is so common in govt. offices.
