i am using dell inspiron N4010. i have problems with the battery back up,charger and the system getting heated up (in warranty period). Adding to my problems is the dell customer care whom i have called atleast 6-7 times and they are just doing one thing putting ma call on hold. Dell has got the most poor customer care service.
