Policyboss / Landmark insurance / Liberty Videocon Insurance

Dec 2016 I bought Liberty Videocon car Insurance policy via one of their agents(PolicyBoss.com or Landmark insurance Brokers).
1) As part of the sign-up deal, Landmark promised me a refund of 850(700 cashback bonus + 150(paid extra)) which is yet to be done.
2) I have not received hard copy of my car insurance policy due to incorrect address captured by PolicyBoss/Landmark team.

Despite my numerous follow-ups via email and umpteen calls most of which were not answered, I'm yet to get my refund amount & policy doc.

I've raised complaint with Liberty Videocon to get this rectified.
Hope they initiate some action against these brokers.
