Respected Sir/Madam,

I filed an application for Police Clearance Certificate at Passport Seva Kendra, Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 01/07/2013 and it was informed that the certificate will be ready within two weeks but even after 8 weeks, I have not received the certificate.

I herewith furnishing my application details File Number HY20********313, ARN 13-1005847629.

My police verification is completed within 2 weeks, but since then status is showing as "Under review at passport seva kendra".

When I visited passport seva kendra last week, it was informed to me that the documents are not here, go and contact passport office at Secunderbad, when I went there I came to know that we should pay some money to the brokers if I need to go in.

I am totally disappointed on the way how it works, even at department of Home affairs, everything involves around money.

I am trying for Canadian immigration, so I need the certificates at the earliest, within a week or two, otherwise all my money, effort, stress and time will be vain.

Please let me know in case I need to provide any clarification.
