Dear Sir,

This is to bring into your notice that I “Satguru Telecom Khora Colony Ghaziabad 201001” have applied for CSP of PNB from Noida sector 1 IFSC code “PUNB041270” in month of August 2016, through one of your CSP executive partner Mr. Jitendra Chauhan.
He collected my document in same month & assured me that it will be verified soon, however I have not received my CSP details till now while already get verified in month of August only by Mr Mohit & Sumit who informed me that you will get your machine in 2 days only.
Also I received 1 confirmation call through mob no. “********93” that i will receive my Machine ASAP & account has been activated from headquarter.

However i have not received any confirmation or account/ request no. From anyone of them now they are not receiving my calls & do not revert on SMS sent by me.
Sir this is my humble request to look into this matter & help me out to get my CSP account ASAP, so I can start my services for PNB.
