Dear Sir,

I recently did an online purchase in www.floraex.com and ordered a bouquet and cake , worth Rs.1600 and I noticed they were very good in the beginning to explain their service until I hit the payment button.

Unfortunately they turned to be big cheats , which I realized very late as they never bothered to deliver it at all. And now not picking the phone when I try to ring them.

I realized now that there were many more complaints about this site in NET since 2017 ( Please refer: https://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/floraex-com-l480388.html )

and no one has taken any action against them so they are happily looting people’s money like a ‘daylight robbery’.

I feel it is such a disgrace to all commercial businesses which recently started flourishing in India.

Appreciate if you could do something to ban this site and bring this people before ‘law and order’ and give them right punishment at the earliest.

I am attaching the delivery receipt documents here for your reference.

I have two of their contact numbers, through which we were communicating. Not sure whether it helps or not as they are the best ‘cunning fellows’ in this world.

Over last week end, to my great surprise, I noticed that they have upgraded their site to target more wider audience from other international countries to do more cheating in other currencies too.

I feel its high time we ban this site . If we allow them to continue this business, they will bring so much disgrace to our country.

Kindly help me to get my money refunded at the earliest.
