This is a complaint regarding online company Planetsportsonline.com who is part of Future Group. I placed an order for shoes online on
16 July of amount Rs.2600 through credit card and order no. is 1201320. The order was not shipped yet wherein I was promised that the
product will reach me 5 to 7 days. I cancelled the order due to non shipping and I received email on 30 July from them stating they will
refund my money in 2 to 3 days and Complain No :- M1054 however the money has not credited to my account yet. I followed up through e-mail and they sent an e-mail to me with same response. Later on, I escalated matter to priya@futuregroup.in, joseph.john@futuregroup.in & harshal.thakare@futuregroup.in however the received same kind of response stating they will resolve my problem and someone will give a call to resolve this. I wasn't shocked to see that I wasn't the only one who is facing this problem. I have to pay interest for Rs.2600 for each day till they fill refund my money. I tried calling to speak with senior but customer care didn't transfer my call to relevant person. Most of times, they disconnect phone after putting me on hold when asked to transfer to manager. This whole situation has lead into a mental stress because I feel that I am cheated. These companies are a spot on E-Commerce industry. They disgrace other fellow companies and demotivate buyers like us to buy online thus a loss to our economy. Today, I have filed a case in consumer court and they will understand that what kind of pain I am going through because of their incompetent and unprofessional behaviour. I want them to pay damage fee, interest charges and original amount of my transaction.
