Plan4holiday giving false information to sell their product. While selling they say we have a current offer if u buy holiday package today u will get gift as Camera/Mobile etc. I buyed the offer by talking them on phone and selected a Camera as a gift. After payment and other thing happen after 10 days when i dont receive gift i question them. They say to claim ur gift u need to make 15 refferal to their company then only u will get ur gift. Please let me know what should i do now.
Also i ask for GST bill, they even not provided the same. Also now they mention they have writen in mail for that refferal program but none of their representative has told me when they selling and they saying u will get as soon as u buy the package.

Exactly the Same happened with me too...very shameless people...never take plan4holiday packages...
I was also cheated by this fraud company plan4holiday. Who gave the same assurance without telling anything at the time of booking paid Rs 11200/= and now they are telling gift is given only referral basis. We thought atleast lets utilize the holiday package and later told us to fill the booking and form send , After sending booking form they rejected the form and told to resubmit and send it .
They used to reject the form for no reason.
Now they are not answering to the calls.
I would request you to kindly take action against this fake company.
